DR. RAYMOND Y. CHAN
Board-certified Ophthalmologist with over 34 years of clinical research and surgical experience will speak on the topics of Myths and Complications associated with esthetic related practices of eyelash extensions. Dr. Chan’s association with PBT complements the education provided to the beauty professional, elevating the level of knowledge in our ever-evolving industry and practices. His office currently neighbors PBT/AMI in Kearny Mesa, CA.
With a degree from University of Miami School of Medicine in 1977, Dr. Chan has been practicing medicine since 1981. Dr. Chan has multiple publications in various ophthalmic journals and is fluent in English, Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin.

SUKI LEUNG
Suki Leung has become a recognized authority and practitioner in the beauty profession. While she first traveled to the U.S, from Hong Kong to pursue graduate training in psychology (in which she holds a Master’s Degree), she found her real passion in the beauty profession, achieving certification as an esthetician and massage therapist. She has run a chain of day spas in Southern California for over a decade, and has provided personal beauty services to numerous celebrities in the Los Angeles area. More recently Suki has answered the need for quality beauty training by establishing the American Beauty Institute, a fully accredited professional training center in San Diego California. Besides completing a series of guides for estheticians, Suki now delivers seminars on microblading to an international audience, including an upcoming seminar in San Diego California in December 2016.
DR. BRIAN BEAKLEY
Dr. Beakleyreceived his bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his PhD from Stony Brook University (SUNY), and has studied linguistics at the graduate level at Stony Brook, the University of Illinois, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He is professor of Philosophy at Eastern Illinois University, where his teaching focuses on mathematical logic and linguistics.
ALEKSANDRA MANUSE
Director of Ltd. DL Group and Founder of Deluxe Lashes and Deluxe Brows. Aleksandra recently created the “2 Steps Microblading Technique” and is the author of Microblading and Eyelash Extension Tutorials and training certification system, component of the Lash Master2, approved by ABT International.
Aleksandra is President of first Baltic Association of Lash and Brow Artists, LBAB, and has been instrumental as the organizer of the LBAB Volume Eyelash Extension Championship. Aleksandra has judged at the Microblading championship competitions held in Lithuania, Poland and Italy, as well as The International Permanent Makeup Conference Championships, TIPMCC, where she was awarded a recognition award for her expert contribution to the field of permanent makeup.
Aleksandra’s travels have taken her to Italy, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, Greece, Poland, Malaysia, Lithuania and throughout the USA. Her extensive and unparalleled education is inclusive of Eyebrow Reconstruction, Advanced and Corrective Permanent Makeup, and Natural Makeup for Eyebrow, Eyeliner and Lip.
