- Say NO to alcohol or caffeine 2 days before the procedure.
- Stay indoors avoiding sun and tanning a week prior to the process.
- Do Not work out 24 hours before this.
- Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Fish oil or Advil/Ibuprofen are prohibited to be taken 48 
  hours before the procedure.
- Keep your brows untouched for at least a week in advance. No waxing, 
  plucking,threading, tinting, tweezing a week before the process.
- Botox and filler is to be avoided on the forehead, temple, and eye area 1 month prior 
  to procedure.
- Do not take chemical peels or facials for a month prior to the procedure.
- DO not apply any AHA products close to the eyebrow area for 2 weeks in advance.
